Charles De Ketelaere, a talented attacker, has been acquired by Milan from Club Brugge.

The 21-year-old international from Belgium has agreed to a five-year contract with the Serie A champions and will reportedly pay €36 million to do so.

De Ketelaere, who has eight senior Belgium caps after his 2020 debut and had scored 18 goals in all competitions previous season, had also been highly connected with Leeds United of the Premier League.

At 19 years and 224 days old in October 2020, he became the second-youngest Belgian to score in the Champions League (behind Anthony Vanden Borre) when he netted for Brugge against Zenit St Petersburg.

De Ketelaere will wear the number 90 shirt, and joins fellow new arrivals at San Siro Divock Origi, Alessandro Florenzi and Junior Messias, with the latter two making their loan moves from last season permanent.
